About
ME
I used to be the pride of my Asian parents—a successful auditor with the financial stability they dreamed of for me. I had checked all the boxes of success, yet I was slowly losing myself while busy living someone else’s definition of it. (And yes, my parents still have no idea what I actually do now).
Everything shifted in my mid-30s when I discovered I had ADHD. Suddenly, my sensitivity, creativity, and lifelong search for meaning weren't flaws. They were clues that I was never meant to fit into the conventional boxes.
This revelation led me on a journey of deep inner work. I immersed myself in coaching, somatics, and neuroscience-based change methods while blending these tools with my lived experience. My true transformation began when I stopped trying to "fix" myself and started advocating for who I truly am: setting boundaries, speaking my truth, and honouring my needs.
This is the freedom I want for you, too.
💡You don't have to prove your worth.
💡 You don't need permission to take up space.
💡 It's safe to be yourself, to be seen, and to ask for what you need.
Beyond Self-Help: A Holistic Perspective
For years, I filled my shelves with self-help books that promised transformation if only I just tried harder. But I've come to see how these narratives can be incomplete and sometimes harmful.
Traditional self-help often places the entire burden of change on the individual, ignoring the systems, conditioning, and emotional inheritanec that shape us. It tells us to build a stronger house, without ever asking if the foundation was cracked or whether the blueprint was ours to begin with.
I believe true transformation happens when we honour both our inner world and outer systems that influence us. When we combine emotional safety with systemic awareness, self-reflection with structural shifts, something powerful awakens.
As a Malaysian Chinese woman now living in Australia, I've navigated multiple cultures, identities, and invisible expectations. My life sits at the intersection of Eastern reverence and Western independence.
I know what it's like to carry expectations so quiet and deeply ingrained, you don't even realise they're shaping your choices. These lived experiences allow me to hold space for complexity: cultural nuance, intergenerational expectations, and the unspoken grief of trying to belong while breaking free.
Here’s what my clients often reflect back to me—the qualities they feel, more than see, in our work together.
🌀 A gift for creating spaces where people feel deeply seen without ever needing to perform.
🌀 The ability to hold space for complexity and nuance while guiding people towards clarity.
🌀 Sensitivity to what’s unspoken—reading between the lines and inviting transformation without pressure.
🌀 A rare balance of emotional depth and grounded structure—making the intangible feel actionable.
Every client I meet teaches me something.
From setting boundaries for the first time, to grieving what was lost, to quietly reclaiming their voice—these moments of courage inspire me daily. Whether it's a client redefining their relationship with coffee, healing decade-long pain, or standing unapologetically in their truth, I'm reminded that transformation is never linear.
It's tender, brave, and deeply personal.
This work is never one-way. It's a mutual unfolding, A homecoming.
